Goals
1.Closer Relationship with God- Today was II Corinthians chapter 5. This chapter Paul talks about how when we are in our earthly bodies we are far from God but to be in our heavenly bodies we are then with the Lord. We will be transformed in heaven and given better bodies, immortal bodies. I know this can sound a little strange to people that haven’t read the Bible but we are given bodies in heaven. We are not in spirit form there like many believe we are .
2. Get Fit/Strong- Today is my 3rd upper body day for the week. So today instead of a bench press where I need a spotter , today I did a close grip bench press. This move will work on triceps and upper chest more. I have to reduce weight for this one. I did the rest of my routine for upper with the moves I did last upper day. I am starting 75Hard again, the water requirement is killing me, I need to try harder to meet this requirement! I ended up between the 2 workouts spending 2 hours working out today. Didn’t meant to but got into lifting today.
3. House Organization – I drove to the charity drop off today and got rid of 2 full bags of clothes
4. write – 15 minutes today
5. Camper Reno – 15 minutes of video today
I really don’t have a topic today. If there is anything you want to see or discuss let me know. Tomorrow I wanted to go over some food prepping and diet. I am sure you have heard the 80/20 nutrition percentage. They say abs are created in the kitchen. So 80% of your fitness and weight loss it your nutrition and 20% in the gym. For anyone over 40 you have probably noticed your metabolism slowing and the slowing continues as you age. Good nutrition is a must for your muscles.
